This project is located in a high-traffic community plaza in Melbourne, Australia. Our client, a local commercial property developer, wanted to create a visually striking and functionally rich play area to boost family engagement within the mall. Their requirements were clear: eye-catching design, high safety, and versatile functions.
Our team provided a full solution covering 3D design, factory production, international shipping, and on-site installation. The entire project was completed in just 43 days and was well received by the client.
Inspired by a "space capsule" concept, the main structure uses geometric fiberglass panels in yellow and white, combined with a transparent spiral tube slide, climbing nets, and hanging pods. It meets EN1176 international standards and supports children aged 3–12.
All key components were prefabricated in our factory using high-strength fiberglass and UV-resistant PC tubes. The slide’s transparent tube sections are treated with an anti-yellowing coating. All materials are CE-certified and ASTM-compliant for export use. Client concerns addressed:
“Can this material resist sun cracking?”
“Can the structure be customized to our site dimensions?”
Installation was completed by our Australian contractor team. Modular assembly made on-site work fast and safe, with zero welding required. The full install was done in 2 days, even with local sound control restrictions. Client feedback:
After installation, the play area was covered with vibrant blue EPDM and soft rubber surfacing. The transparent slide and public viewing area became an Instagram hotspot for local families.
Also suitable for:
Kindergarten outdoor playgrounds
Shopping mall family zones
High-end residential community play areas
The standalone swing structure features a curved steel arch with a bird’s nest swing and toddler seat. The frame design ensures balance, aesthetic appeal, and ergonomic safety — ideal for ages 3–8.
